1. All Sales Are Final: All sales made through our store are considered final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded unless the product received is damaged or exhibits manufacturing defects.

2. Returns and Refunds for Damaged Goods or Manufacturing Defects: In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or has a notable manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a return and refund. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the damage or defect.

Our team will review your request and, if deemed valid, provide instructions on how to return the item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will assess the damage or defect and process your refund accordingly.

3. Eligibility Criteria: Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the product is:

1. Damaged during shipping.

2. Received with noticeable manufacturing defects.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Exclusions:The following situations are not covered by our return and refund policy:

1. Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

2. Minor variations in color, texture, or design that do not affect the functionality of the product.

3. Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
